The Valley of Flowers Trek is a 6-day adventure through the Himalayan landscapes of Uttarakhand, perfect for nature lovers and spiritual seekers. Starting from Haridwar, the journey takes you through scenic routes along the Alaknanda River to Govindghat, followed by a moderate trek to the quaint village of Ghangaria. From here, you explore the breathtaking Valley of Flowers, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, filled with rare Himalayan blooms and alpine beauty. The next day includes a steep yet rewarding hike to Hemkund Sahib, a sacred Sikh shrine nestled beside a serene glacial lake.
The final days include a descent back to Govindghat, a short drive to the holy town of Joshimath, and a scenic return journey to Haridwar. Covering around 38 km in total, this trek combines natural wonder, cultural richness, and spiritual depth, offering a perfect monsoon getaway between July and September when the valley is in full bloom.
